What is Polyphenol?
Polyphenol are Phytochemicals. They exist in plant surfaces, seeds and epithelium layer. They are normally surrounded tightly by the cell wall, and the are the best anti-oxidant from nature. This cannot be produced by human body.
What is the diffrence between PolyPhenols and enzymes?
Polyphenols are phytochemicals; possess the ability to actively fight against oxidation. Active anti-oxidant materials, is an active protein with reactivity. It helps to defend human body from the harmful free radicals which exist anytime and anywhere. Many pointed out that polyphenols have the benefits of anti-oxidation, anti-aging and anti-inflammation etc.
Enzymes are proteins;
possess the ability to defend against oxidation.
They are also called proteinase, is one of the proteins which exist in organism, they can be broken down into amino acids.
Not necessarily possess reactivity; they are further categorised as digestive enzymes and metabolic enzymes.
Digestive enzymes
Macromolecular proteins help to digest food in the stomach, aid in the functionality of the digestive system.
Metabolic enzymes
After the enzymes are hydrolyzed, micro molecular proteins can reach the small intestine via stomach to activate physiological metabolic function.
